It depends on what sort of work you are interested in.
If programming is what you like then ABAP is there. If you are well worsed in java and have knowledge of spring and hibernate and stuff you should definitely go for hybris. Hybris is a very very hot technology right now and there aren’t many people out there hence demand is more. Can’t stress any less on this fact.
If you don’t like programming and like data and stuff then SAP BW is there go for BW on HANA its the newest. Also you are interested in visualisation then go for SAP BO. Whole heap of softwares are there under it to learn. BW + little bit of BO is currently expected.
If you like networking, hardware related stuff then go for SAP Basis.
If you like Web development then. SAP UI5 is the way to go.
There are functional modules as well but that’s not for CS people.

Hello Gowthmi there is no particular model suitable except FI/CO you can learn any module I myself from Computer Science background opted SD and now learning ABAP .If you have good knowledge of SQL and C++ you can or you should learn ABAP first my recommendation there is lot to learn and many opportunities available in ABAP get first master in It later you can learn any Funtional or you can go for Adavance ABAP like ABAP HANA,FIORI APPS, ABAP ADMIN ,ABAP OOPDATA Etc .If you good knowledge of ABAP and any frictional module then you may get good package Min 6 lack/annum depending upon exp .So You’re from technical background I will suggest go for Core ABAP if youy not interested in coding go for SD/MM /PP, to learn FI/CO you should need lot efforts so don’t go for it .
