I don’t know how do you compare these two companies, they are in very different industry, require pretty different skill set, client base, and likely professional circle.
I work for SAP, and I don’t recall many colleagues came from Qualcomm, nor know any ex-colleagues went to Qualcomm…
So, if you are in technology, SAP is a business software company – which means it’s kind of fall under Management Information System major, and Qualcomm is a communication technology company – which means it falls under EE/CE, or related majors.
If you are in sales, SAP would mean you deal with CIO, CFO, and all kind of Business and IT people, Qualcomm on the other hand, mainly deal with large corp partner sourcing, vendor management departments.
If you are intern, ask yourself which industry do you like to spend more time with…
Personally I think SAP may last longer than Qualcomm… based on technology trends…

SAP is lot better in terms of Employee benefits, compensation, employee-manager relationships, provides stock option, free food, free transport and many more.
