Actually i believe there is nothing to prepare for this round and you really can not expect the questions he/she might ask you. (except these : Tell me about yourself ? Why you want to join this company ? if you are experienced candidate then why did you left your previous company ? Your hobbies !! ) and i believe you have the answers for the above mentioned questions & you have also prepared the answers.
