1. Types of projects – If you have worked on support projects then have handy at least 4-5 tickets that you have worked on. Make sure they cover some important areas in ABAP. If you have worked on implementation projects, then again, keep in handy 4-5 objects that you have developed and be ready to explain them. All this is in case the interviewer asks you about what you have worked on during your tenure.
2. Roles and Responsibilities – Make sure you correctly know your role in projects i.e whether you have written Technical design specification documents, interacted with Fuctional consultants to seek clarifications or resolve any issues, whether you have done object development/coding and code review, prepared unit test plan and test cases and performed unit testing and prepared unit test reports.
3) Skills and Knowledge : The areas of ABAP you know very well you should list under ABAP skills. You should include most basic topics under this – data dictionary, internal tables and operations on internal tables, modularization techniques, working with database tables and extracting data from one or multiple tables.

1.must be good at Data Dictionary and reports.
2.explore functionality of core modules which you had worked on. Ex SD,MM
3. Try to learn advance abap such as Webdynpro, idoc,hana, workflow.any of above 2 given advantage.
4. And last, don’t forget to add badi, fm,enhancement,exit in your list.
