Being a SAP Consultant, I would like to share couple of things based on your question. Not just SAP, even if you take any other course, nobody promises you a job.
SAP requires good understanding about business process, understanding client requirement.
If you have some experience, let it be from any domain, you can consider than experience and choose the right module which suits your requirement.
I would suggest go slow and steady, try to get more understanding about module and start applying as a Fresher, you would surely get the opportunity.
Once you work for 2–3 years in a particular company, you would be familiar with business process and you can start looking for more options later.
Hence conclusion here is simple….getting job in SAP is not easy, I would also say it’s not tough though. It takes time but opportunities are coming up for sure.
