Developing automated and complex integrations can be complex, frustrating and, in some cases fraught with danger. Complex testing is required to ensure the API’s work in perfect synch with one another to produce the desired outcome. Faculty was excellent and experienced. Initially we had problem with the server but institute took care of it.I would like to recommend this institute for SAP XI.

Learnt many concepts which are useful for me in in my further career.Local support from our SAP team in Australia is excellent. This is somewhat offset at times by the ‘silo’ approach to incident management globally and the lack of communication and clarity from various support centres throughout the globe Thanks a lot to SOC.

Well experienced and helpful Faculty .A large portion of our business is operating [SAP] WM. There are parts of the organization that are operating PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP ECC ERP systems. The practical sessions are best part of it.

Found SOC for SAP XI training. SAP XI product support though may not be the best has adequate support. Customers always have access to customer success teams based on the level of agreed SLAs. Recently, Completed SAP XI course from SOC. The Faculty Kishor sir gave us complete practical and Theoretical training. But more focus was on practical training with real time scenarios. Whatever institute and faculty had promised has been followed.
