It is not suitable for small size data operations, as it wont provide a better functionality for that data size. It is also not appropriate for multi source data integration, which can make the process more complex. highly recommend !!!

SAP C4C is being used by the entire organization. The modules we are using are – FI/CO, SD, MM,WM, PS, Contract & Lease Accounting. In our previous ERP lots of processes were manual which is now automated through system with better control on SAP C4C.

Overall it’s a very flexible system for any any type of business. With the implementation of SAP C4C, we reduced around 60% of manual works. The only disadvantage I found is digital access, rest everything is great.

The support system of SAP is very good. Whenever we are logging any request, a quick support we are getting. Especially the support portal is very user friendly and easy to use.

As of now I have not received any kind of complaint or negative feedback from my team regarding the support they are getting from SAP support team.

I’ve learnt many concepts which are useful for me in in my further career.Local support from our SAP team in Australia is excellent. This is somewhat offset at times by the ‘silo’ approach to incident management globally and the lack of communication and clarity from various support centres throughout the globe Thanks a lot to SOC.

Faculty is great knowledgeable person and very helping. From an implementation partner perspective, a general lack of the SAP C4C Public Cloud solution knowledge has been an inhibitor to success and this has been shown out through consultants and support agents ‘learning on the fly’ from us as their client.
