Primary Day-to-Day Role:
- • Point of contact for any SAP C4C Cloud related issues for business users and process owners.
- • Perform and manage system configuration and incident support in SAP C4C Cloud (USA and Canada Payroll and Time Management, Benefits.
- • Work closely with end users for troubleshooting, training, and requirements gathering.
- • Act as an internal consultant with business users and partner with business process owners/subject matter experts.
- • Research & apply OSS Notes, raise incidents, SPAU/SPDD Changes during SP upgrades, refreshes and client copies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical discipline with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SAP ABAP Development.
- Basic understanding of SAP ECC s functional areas, and SAP s portfolio of products.
- Demonstrated excellent written, spoken and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate individually and as part of a team; effectively set expectations, manage work and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to understand concepts and problem-solve using a wide variety of internal and external resources.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot and identify corrections for all technical objects.
