The framework for Global Benefits is built on the concept that there is a commonality in the benefits that are offered, administered, and managed globally, but what employers actually offer will differ by country. For example, in the APJ region, reimbursements based on benefits are common. In North America, insurances and savings plans are common. SAP SuccessFactors calls all of these commonalities “patterns.”
