ZebLearn Refund Policy

At ZebLearn, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues related to class delivery, admission commitments, or other concerns, please contact us at
info@zeblearn.com. We are dedicated to resolving your concerns promptly and finding a solution that meets your needs.
If a refund is still required, it will be processed according to our refund policy, which was also provided on your fee receipt at the time of admission and applies to all fees paid to ZebLearn.

Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration FeeThe registration fee of 20% is included in the total fees paid by the student at any time. If a lower amount is paid at registration due to lack of funds, the registration fee will still be adjusted to 20% on the final payment.
  2. Non-Refundable FeesRegistration fees and GST are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Refund EligibilityTo request a refund after admission, the student must email info@zeblearn.com within 24 hours of payment.
  4. Non-Refundable CircumstancesApart from the conditions above, fees once paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Transfer from one location to another
    • Non-attendance of classes due to employment, exams, medical issues, family matters, or personal reasons.
  5. Membership and Attendance PolicyIn such cases, the student will receive a one-year membership card, allowing course attendance within one year from the payment date. Extensions require written permission from management, which the student must coordinate with the Program Manager.
  6. Non-Transferability of FeesFees paid by the student are non-transferable, regardless of other admissions referred by the student or directly registered at ZebLearn.
  7. One-Year Limit on ServicesAfter one year from the admission date, ZebLearn is not responsible for providing any services or refunds for the deposited fees.

For Self-Paced Learning:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of course purchase.
  • The money-back guarantee is void if the participant logs into the course.
  • No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted or subsidized course fees; course change is the only option.

For Instructor-Led Training:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of course purchase.
  • The money-back guarantee is void if the participant logs into the e-learning course, attends more than one day of online classes, or receives recordings.
  • No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted or subsidized course fees; course change is the only option.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the batch is rescheduled by the participant.
  • Refunds are not applicable for fees paid via ShopSe EMI portal or Edu loan process.
  • Refunds are not applicable if fees are paid in installments or if a token amount is paid to reserve a seat.

Refund Process:

  • If eligible for a refund, the candidate will receive a full refund of the training fee, minus taxes and LMS costs.
